Founded by the late judge Tova Sivan, former vice president of Tel Aviv's district family court, the largest family court in Israel, Sivan Pasha Alon Advocates and Mediators provide couples and families with counsel services and legal advice in various areas of family and inheritance law. Shai Sivan
Practicing Family Law and Mediation for over thirteen years, and specializing in the field, Adv. Shai Sivan is the son of the late judge Tova Sivan. Holding extensive practical experience in representation and litigation, Adv. Sivan specializes in handling family and inheritance matters in civil family and rabbinical courts, including appeals to higher instances. In addition to practicing family and inheritance law, Adv. Sivan is a seasoned mediator. Over the years, he has mediated in hundreds of family and inheritance cases, working as a sole mediator as well as in co-mediating procedures. Adv. Sivan teaches family mediating and mediation in general. Certified to carry out collaborative divorce proceedings, Adv. Sivan is an expert in this field of representation.

Zohar Pasha Alon
Holding both an LL.B as well as an LL.M degree from Tel Aviv University, Adv. Pasha Alon has been practicing family and inheritance law as well as mediation, for the past thirteen years. Working for many years with the late judge Tova Sivan, as her paralegal, and for another six years as dispute resolution advocate, at the case routing department of Tel Aviv's civil family court, Adv. Pasha Alon brings proficiency combined with expertise gained administering numerous family and inheritance cases, as well as mediating in dozens others. In addition, Adv. Pasha Alon is an expert in estate, and trust management. Over the past few years, Adv. Pasha Alon has been practicing as academic assistant and instructor in family and inheritance law at Tel Aviv University, Netanya Academic College and the Peres Academic Center.
